Stump Pass Beach State Park Family Photo Shoot

December 04, 2019  •  Leave a Comment

Kyle called me from Kentucky wanting a family photo session while they were visiting Englewood over Thanksgiving.  Kyle and Amanda, their two small children and his parents met me at Stump Pass Beach State Park an hour before sunset and we had a great time.  We started with some pictures along one of the boardwalks before moving to the beach as golden hour approached.  You never know what to expect with two young children but we gave them breaks while taking different combinations of group pictures.  Some of our favorite pictures of the kids were while they were just playing around in between being called to stand and pose.  The time went fast and we had a gorgeous sunset to enjoy.  I knew it was a great shoot when the oldest daughter wanted to write a message in the sand before we left and it said, "I Love It!"  They had to leave the next day but they went home with great memories and beautiful family photos.

I love meeting and photographing families and each person has a story to tell.  Unfortunately there's never enough time or space to share everything but here's a little story and a few pictures of the amazing people I get to work with.
