Although Colleen and Jason are from Massachusetts, they are planning a Florida wedding and wanted their engagement photos on the beach.  Colleen had a few ideas for the types of photos she was hoping for and trusted my vision for creating something unique and special, just for them.

The day we met at Blind Pass Beach was windy and cloudy but in the end, both of these elements helped us create some fantastic photos. 

We started in one of my favorite areas, the mangrove boardwalk, to capture some images of them together without worrying about the wind.

Then we walked across to the beach and realized that the clouds had created sunbeams coming down.  Excited for this unique photo opportunity, we took full advantage of it with a variety of fun photos. 

Then we went over to my favorite tree tunnel for some fun dancing silhouette photos.

After a quick outfit change, we walked down to the water for another fun series of photos that were Colleen and Jason's idea-a champagne celebration.

Luckily they brought two bottles of champagne so we had two opportunities to capture the perfect shots.

Then we finished the session with some classic photos of them together.

As Colleen and Jason plan their fall 2022 wedding here in Florida, they have great photos and memories to share with family and friends.
