They've been best friends since college and finally realized they are each other's true love. Maeve and Taylor decided their perfect wedding would be on Manasota Key in March. They planned a morning wedding and I met Taylor at The Pearl Beach Inn as she was finishing getting ready. Her friends were doing her hair, makeup and helping her into her dress.

Then it was down to The Beach House where Maeve was getting ready and where the ceremony was taking place. They made a last-minute decision to do a First Look so that they could see each other and spend a few minutes alone before the ceremony.

Then it was time to have the guests find a seat and start the wedding. Taylor was walked down the aisle by her grandmother and dog. Maeve was escorted by her father.

Taylor's friend was the perfect officiant for their ceremony because he knew them both so well. They wrote their own vows and exchanged rings promising to love each other forever.

The first family photo had to be with their dog, then it was onto family and friends. An hour later they were able to spend time together as newlyweds.

From the first time we talked, they knew they wanted to end their session by getting in the water. Because they are planning a reception back home, Taylor wanted to keep her wedding dress to wear later on. She changed into a light cotton dress she bought specifically to get wet. Maeve was more than willing to go into the water in her dress. For 10 minutes they laughed, played and got soaked in the cool Gulf water. I captured it all and it was the perfect way to end the afternoon.
Congratulations Taylor and Maeve. I know your friendship and love will last a lifetime.
