Mary and Drew have known each other since Elementary School.  They played together growing up and along the way, their friendship turned to true love.  Now they've graduated from college and are excited about their wedding in Boca Grande next spring.  

Drew's family has a house on the island and he's spent years visiting every chance he could.  Mary had several spots where she wanted to capture their engagement photos so we started on Banyan Street.

Since their wedding will be at the Methodist church, we stopped there to capture some photos in front of the fabulous red door.  Then Mary asked if we could take a picture with a cute blue golf cart on the street, which of course we did!

Boca Grande engagement photographer -1 Boca Grande engagement photographer -2 Then it was time to go to the beach.  They were initially disappointed because the clouds were pretty heavy, and it didn't seem like we'd see the sunset.  But we took photos with the lighthouse in the background and then waited.  About five minutes after the sun set, the sky started turning purple and I knew we had a rare opportunity to take advantage of this gorgeous sky.  For fifteen minutes the sky kept getting deeper and darker until finally there was little light left.
