Wedding Packages on Palm Island

Thank you for inquiring about my wedding packages on Palm Island.  Palm Island Resort is such a unique place to get married and it's great because everything happens on the island.  I've had the pleasure of photographing there several times, but each time is different, and I want to capture images that are perfect for your wedding day.

Because each wedding is different and what couples want professionally photographed can be different, I work with you to determine HOW LONG you want us there for.  I generally consult with couples regarding their timeline before any final decisions are made but here's the prices and descriptions of how much we can generally photograph in each session.  All packages include the rights to the curated collection of images (that means the best of the day) with the rights to download, print and share as you like.


$6500 The Ultimate Package: 10 hours of wedding day coverage + up to 2 hours of your dress rehearsal or an engagement session + Heirloom Album with your favorite 45 images + custom USB drive with your images and digital photo album

We know that a wedding at Palm Island is more than a one day celebration and we want to help you remember all of it.  We come to your dress rehearsal (usually the day before the wedding) and spend your wedding day with you capturing every moment.  As a bonus, you choose your favorite 45 images for your Heirloom Wedding Album (a $1050 value) and custom USB drive ($100 value) so you will always remember this wonderful day.  You also get Priority turn around time on your Gallery so your photos will be ready in less than three weeks ($300 value).  You also get a digital photo album of the best photos from your day ($200 value).  You get sneak peak photos within 48 hours and your Gallery will be online to view, share and download for one year ($100 value).


$4900 for up to 9 hours of wedding day coverage.  You spend the whole day creating memories and we are there to capture them all.  Because of the time we are able to spend with each party, you get the most complete story of your day.  We strive to capture all the smiles and tears, the romantic gestures and little touches that you have dreamed about for so long.  From getting your hair and makeup done to the dance floor at the end of the night, we are beside you every step of the way.  This includes two photographers.  The main photographer stays with the bride and groom all day while the second photographer focuses on the candid moments, the details at the ceremony and reception venue, photographs the ceremony and guests at the reception.  This includes Priority turn around time on your Gallery ($300 value), a downloadable digital photo album, sneak peak photos within 24 hours and your gallery online for six months.


$4350 for up to 8 hours of coverage This gives us time to capture great memories.  We spend time with the groom and his party capturing them getting ready.  We then move onto the bride and her bridesmaids.  We have time to capture the mood of the day as well as the little details.  We can set up a "First Look" if you like or move to the ceremony site and get candids of the guests arriving.  Of course we photograph the wedding, couple and family pictures before moving onto the reception where we get the toasts, cake cutting and first dances.  This includes two photographers, sneak peak photos within 48 hours to share with friends, a downloadable digital photo album of my favorite images from your day, and your online gallery available to view for six months.


$3250 for up to 6 hours of coverage.  We tailor this time to capture what's most important to you.  Often we can include a little time with the bride and groom as you finish getting ready.  We photograph the wedding, family and couple's photos afterwards before moving onto the reception where we get your Grand Entrance, First Dance, toasts and cake cutting.  This includes one photographer and an assistant who will be the second photographer for the ceremony only. Your online gallery with be available to view and download for three months.



*Florida state sales tax of 7% will be added to every package.

$300-Priority turn around time on your Gallery in less than three weeks.

$200-Downloadable Digital Photo Album with my favorite photos from your day

$100-Custom USB drive with your images.  Choose from silver, gold or rose gold and up to 2 lines of text

$50-$100-Extend the time your Gallery is online from the standard three months.  $50 upgrade to have it viewable, downloadable and shareable for 6 months or $100 to have it online for one year.

***professional quality photographs can be ordered from your gallery collection at an additional cost.  I use a lab that has approximately a 5 day turnaround time.  All prints are on archival paper and color corrected in their lab.  Please understand I cannot control the quality or color of your prints at a third party vendor like Walgreens, Snapfish, Shutterfly, etc.

***In order to confirm your wedding day, I need to receive a signed contract as well as a 50% initial payment.  Unfortunately I am not able to "hold" a day without a contract and payment.  I accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo or credit cards (either in person or via a secure email invoice through Square credit card services)

Engagement Sessions:  Of course I photograph them!  I love working with you when you're planning your wedding and want pictures for your announcements, social media or just because you've never had great pictures taken together.  This gives us a chance to get to know each other and you can see who I am, how my mind works and the silly stuff I do to try to get you to act natural and look great.  Sessions generally last around an hour and we get a variety of photos and different looks.  The session is $400 and includes the best images from your shoot for you to download, print, and share as you like.

Wedding Albums

When you get to know me you'll learn I'm a HUGE advocate of getting pictures off a hard drive.  That means printing them out onto canvas, metal wall art, prints and wedding albums.  I offer two different customized wedding albums that we create together.

Heirloom Album-This is the premier album for every wedding.  Starting at $800, this album includes your favorite 40 images with the option to add 60 additional images for only $20 each.


Signature Book-This popular album starts at only $350 with your favorite 40 images.  You have the option to add up to 100 more images for only $10 each.

I offer a variety of cover options to match your home-everything from photo covers, traditional leathers to soft linens.
